TICKETS 

*Early bird tickets are are sold out! Day passes will become available closer to the event.*

​It is possible to pay via PayPal or by bank transfer. 

BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH PAYMENT, PLEASE READ BELOW!

- Full Festival passes (4 days) are €200 (€210 if paying by Paypal, fees inclusive). 

- Electronic tickets will be sent out Approx. 2 month before the festival (PDFs). 

Confirmation of received payment will be issued with 5 working days.

Icelanders take note! Due to constant fluctuations in the ISK/EUR exchange rate at the moment, we are offering Icelanders a special fixed price of 24,900kr for full festival passes(Icelandic Kt. number mandatory for each ticket holder).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- The age restriction is 20 years and older.
- All transaction fees (if any) are to be paid by the buyer (transaction fees are non-refundable).

- The maximum amount of tickets that can be purchased is 5 per person.
- You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund. If tickets are purchased within 14 days of the event, then you are not applicable for a refund unless the event is cancelled.
- Selling your ticket/s for a profit is forbidden.  
- We are not responsible for the ticket holders personal belongings at any point during the event.
- If the event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
- If the event is postponed, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price up until 14 days after the postponement is announced. After this point, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new dates, but non-refundable.

- Ticket refunds will not be issued if an attendee is unable to travel due to Covid related reasons.
- Every ticket is assigned an individual number, which is linked to an individual ticket holder. A valid ID (passport or drivers licence) matching the name of the ticket holder will be required to claim bracelets. 
- Tickets are transferable, but we must be made aware of the transfer (name change) so we can register the change in ownership.
- The ticket holder is responsible for the tickets and we are not able to reprint lost tickets.
