Upon confirmation of payment, e-tickets will be provided via email. Ticket numbers must match the name of the ticket holder. E-tickets will be issued within 5 working days of confirmation of payment.
Important! We recommend sending proof of payment to '[email protected]' as regular methods of confirmation (PayPal, Bank transfer) are often automatically assigned to 'junk' folders.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tickets purchased within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
- All transaction fees (if any) are to be paid by the buyer (transaction fees are non-refundable).
- The maximum amount of tickets that can be purchased is 5 per person.
- Selling your ticket/s for a profit is forbidden.
- We are not responsible for the ticket holders personal belongings at any point during the event.
- If the event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
- If the event is postponed, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price up until 14 days after the postponement is announced. After this point, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new dates, but non-refundable.
- Every ticket is assigned an individual number, which is linked to an individual ticket holder. A valid ID (passport or drivers licence) matching the name of the ticket holder will be required to claim bracelets.
- Ticket holders are responsible for their wristbands. We are not able to replace lost or torn wristbands.
